Does the hotel provide WiFi?

Yes! We provide complimentary WiFi in all public spaces throughout the hotel. Premium Wi-Fi for unlimited devices is included in the nightly Residence Fee for our guests.

Do you have parking? Do you offer valet parking? What is the price?

Square Hotel guests can use Valet parking services at our neighboring Parking Garage, ABM Parking at 245 W 50th Street, and will receive a discounted parking rate of $50 for up to 24 hours.

• All Square Hotel guests must provide a valid bar code sticker provided by ABM Parking Services upon return to receive the discount. Without the sticker, guest will be charged full price of $60 daily.
• Only credit cards are accepted.
• Rate is valid for any regular vehicle, SUVs are subject to a $10 premium.

Do you have a fitness center?

We do not offer a fitness center on site, but guests have access to the 24/7 gym at our sister hotel just blocks away.

Do you offer an in-room safe for guests?

We do offer in-room safes, and we have safety deposit boxes available at the front desk, complimentary to our guests.

Do you have any discounts, promo codes, or packages available?

Absolutely– please take a look at our current Special Offers to see the current promotions offered at Square Hotel. You can also shop your dates of stay online to see which discounts are open for the period you are visiting.

I booked through an online travel agent website, other than the hotel website and I need to make a change to my reservation. How do I do this?

You would need to reach out to the booking source directly (eg; booking.com & expedia.com)

Is the hotel room equipped with a mini-fridge?

Most of our guest rooms are equipped with a mini-fridge. To request that your room has a fridge upon arrival, simply contact our Front Office team in advance of your arrival.

Do you have a restaurant on site? Bar?

Our in-house restaurant and bar, Natsumi, are located in the lobby level of the hotel. Natsumi Japanese Restaurant & Lounge offers 10% discount for our guest just show your room key to the maître d’ and your server prior to ordering. If you would like to dine in your room, there are endless options in NYC for delivery. Use a delivery app to browse options: Uber Eats, GrubHub, Seamless, or Postmates apps on your smartphone.

Where can I eat breakfast?

There are so many options in the area! We recommend the Times Square Diner, on 8th Avenue between 48th and 49th Street for breakfast. They are open 24 hours a day and offer our guests a 10% discount.

Can I store my luggage with the hotel upon check out? Is there a fee?

Registered hotel guests can store luggage with us for the day complimentary.

How can I confirm my reservation?

How can I modify or cancel my existing reservation?

When you book directly on our website, we can provide you the most flexibility with modifying your reservation.

For Non-Hotel Direct Bookings: Contact the booking source directly (ex the company website you booked through) – we cannot adjust third party bookings on behalf of our guests, unfortunately.

What is the hotel pet policy?

The Square Hotel does not accommodate pets at this time. Registered Service Animals are authorized as an exception to our policy.

What is the minimum age to stay in your hotel?

We welcome guests of all ages at Square Hotel, and children stay free under the age of 12. However, at least one occupant of the room needs be 21 years or older with a valid ID and credit card.

What is the Residence Fee?

In an effort to help simplify your supplementary charges, The Square Residence Fee has you covered! Providing the best value for our guests is key, so our Residence Fee includes:
